Email/password login

AITrader access uses the repo-native email/password flow. New users must finish email verification, MFA setup, and MFA challenge before authenticated_paper_mode access.

OAuth providers are disabled unless configured, so social login cannot block the guaranteed email/password path.

No live-money trading access is enabled. AITrader remains paper-trading only until Ryan explicitly approves live trading.
