Reset your AITrader password

Request a password reset with the email address on your AITrader account, then return with the reset token from your email to choose a new password.

For account safety, reset requests always use the same public response regardless of whether an email address can be processed.

Request a password reset

Enter your account email address. If a reset can be processed, email instructions will be sent.

Enter your reset token

Paste the reset token from your email and choose a new password with at least 12 characters.
